I know there are many students today who will get to know of different courses when they get into the university just like it happened to me. For instance, I never knew about Adult Education while I was preparing for WAEC or JAMB. I got to know of Adult Education while in the university.
Adult Education: Is a practice in which adults engage in systematic and continuous self-educating activities to acquire new forms of knowledge, skills, attitudes, or values.
The purpose/importance of Adult Education made me fall in love with the course. Adult Education is one of the beautiful courses anyone can decide to study.
That being said, the Bachelor of Adult Education is competitive and just like every other course, you just need to know the prerequisites to studying Adult Education.

UTME and Direct Entry Requirements to Study Adult Education
Direct Entry Requirement for Adult Education:
(i) Two (2) A Level passes.
(ii) NCE merit in two (2) subjects.
UTME Requirement for Adult Education:
Five (5) O Level credit passes including English Language, Mathematics and three (3) of Literature in English, History, French, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Christian Religious Studies, Islamic Studies, Geography/Physic, Economics and Government or TC II with pass in English Language and four (4) other subjects.
UTME Subject combination for Adult Education:
Government/History, one (1) Social Science subject and any other subject.
